In the bottom there is a V shaped patched area <br />up to 4 feet wide x 12 inches tall. (See Photo 2). In the top there is a triangular shaped patched area up to 3 feet tall x 2 feet wide. <br />(See Photo 3). Both patches are sound. <br />There is an area of random cracking up to 12 inches square on the right side of Abutment 2 at midheight. The crack width is up to <br />0.02 inches wide of varying lengths. See Photo 4. <br />There are full-height vertical cracks up to 0.03 inches wide spaced as close as 10 feet on center in Abutment 2. (See Photo 5). This <br />condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />The pile element is included to indicate the presence of piles on this structure. The piles were not exposed for visual inspection. No <br />indication of pile distress was noted in any substructure element.
