See Photo 6 dated 02/09/2023. <br />There is a sound patch up to 3 feet long x 1 foot wide along the right edge of deck in Span 1 near Abutment 1. (See Photo 2 dated <br />02/16/2021). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is a delamination up to 3 feet long x 3 inches deep in the left edge of deck (rail post 7 from Abutment 10) in Span 8. See Photo <br />1. <br />There are four patched spalls up to 18 inches long x 6 inches wide along the left edge of deck (rail posts 1, 3, 4 and 5 from Abutment <br />10) in Span 9 . At rail post 4 and 5 the patches are no longer sound. (See Photos 3 and 4 dated 02/16/2021). This condition has been <br />previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There is a sound patch up to 18 inches long x 6 inches wide along the right edge of deck (rail post 6 from Abutment 1) in Span 9. <br />(See Photo 4 dated 02/09/2019). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />There are diagonal and pattern deck cracks up to 0.08 inches wide spaced as close as 6 inches on center over the supports and <br />near the abutments. (See Photo 2). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted. <br />Approximately half of the AC chip seal is worn off the bridge deck.
