No defects were noted in this area.
There are hairline diagonal cracks with light efflorescence and brown stains approximately 18 inches on center in soffit of all the bays
near the supports. (See Photo 3 dated 02/17/2021). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were
noted.
There are transverse cracks up to 0.02 inches wide spaced 12 inches on center in the bare shoulders of the deck. These cracks
translate into the AC overlay and were observed on the deck surface where the AC overlay has worn off. See Photos 5 and 6 dated
02/09/2023.
There are longitudinal cracks up to 0.02 inches wide were observed on the deck surface where the AC overlay has worn off near the
abutments. See Photo 1.
These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
There are reflective full width transverse cracks up to 0.125 inches wide spaced 12 inches on center in the AC overlay. (See Photo 6
dated 02/09/2023). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
The thin AC overlay has worn throughout the deck, generally in the center of both lanes and at both abutments. This accounts for
approximately 20% of the AC area. (See Photo 2 dated 02/17/2021). This condition has been previously reported and no significant
changes were noted.
(58) 6DECK RATING =
(36a) Rail Code 0000
JOINT/APPROACH/RAIL ELEMENT INSPECTION RATINGS AND NOTES
RAIL INFORMATION
(36b) Transition (36c) Appr Guardrail (36d) Appr Guardrail End 55Roadway Speed MPH
JOINT - APPROACH - RAIL
Element DescriptionElem
No.
Env Total
Qty
Units
CS 1 CS 2 CS 3 CS 4
Qty in each Condition StateDefect/
Prot Defect
