The submerged bents were probed and <br />waded with a 20ft extension pole. No access limitations were encountered and a complete routine inspection was performed. <br />DECK AND ROADWAY <br />The Abutment 1 left lane and Abutment 10 right lane AC approaches are bulging upwards up to 2 inches where the meet the AC meet <br />the abutments. The Abutment 10 AC approach has a 0.15 inch wide x 14 foot wide transverse crack. Refer to Photos 1 through 4. <br />SUBSTRUCTURE <br />Bent 6 Column 4 has 1 cubic yard of debris built up on the right side. Refer to Photo 5. <br />WATERWAY <br />A channel cross section was taken during this inspection and is included in this report. A comparison was made with the previous cross <br />section taken on 07/27/2010.
