The right side <br />of Span 2 has several spalls up to 3 inches in diameter x 0.5 inches deep (Refer to Photo 6). The scaling and spalling coexist with <br />the deck cracks and has been captured in element 1130 (cracking) defect. <br />There are 0.03 to 0.08 inch wide pattern cracks with edge spalling spaced at 6 to 36 inches apart throughout the deck surface. <br />There are a few scattered 0.05 to 0.12 inch wide longitudinal deck cracks with edge spalling primarily near the centerline. <br />The cracks noted above were previously treated with methacrylate but have since opened back up. <br />Refer to Photos 7 through 12. <br />The methacrylate deck treatment that was applied in 2005 is worn and no longer functional. <br />(58) 5DECK RATING =
