There is undermining up to <br />7 inches on the east end and 2 inches on the west end on the Span 6 side. (See Photo 3 dated 09/19/2018). This condition has been <br />previously reported and the undermining is noted. <br />227 Pile -RC 2 1 ea. 1 0 0 0 <br />(227) Pile -RC <br />The pile element is included to indicate the presence of piles on this structure. The piles were not exposed for visual inspection.
