Within this area there <br />is a vertical crack up to 0.08 inches wide x 4 feet tall. (See Photo 8). <br />There is a spall up to 12 inches tall x 6 inches wide x 1 inch deep in the left face of Pier 7. There is approximately 18 inches of <br />unsound concrete above this spall. (See Photos 2 and 3 dated 09/19/2018). This condition has been previously reported and no <br />significant changes were noted. <br />Non -Routine Inspection Element Notes: <br />Underwater Inspection (04/08/2025): There are rock pockets, 1.5 inches deep, in a 6-foot long x 1 foot high area of unconsolidated <br />concrete on the Span 4 side of Pier 5 one foot above the waterline.
