This accounts for approximately 50%
of the girder area but 100% of the girder by length. (See Photos 2 and 3 dated 11/04/2020). This condition has been previously
reported and no significant changes were noted.
(107-1900) Distortion
On the left side, Knee braces 9, 11, and 15, and Stiffeners 10 and 14 (numbered by stiffener) are bent up to 4 inches horizontally due
to traffic impact. See Photo 2.
On the right side, Knee braces 11, 13, and 15, and Stiffener 14 (numbered by stiffener) are bent up to 6 inches horizontally due to
traffic impact. See Photo 3.
Two scrape marks were observed in the left steel girder between Knee Brace 13 and Stiffener 12 as seen from the deck.
These conditions have been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
(107-7000) Damage
See Element 1900 - Distortion.
(107-515-3450) Paint Sys Breakdown (Steel PC)
There are large areas of rust and freckled rust throughout the girders. The top flange and interior faces of the girders are the most
severe. Approximately 50% of the paint area no longer offers protection to the underlying steel. (See Photos 2 and 3 dated
11/04/2020). This condition has been previously reported and no significant changes were noted.
152 Floor Beam -Steel 2 68 m 0 68 0 0
1000 Corrosion 2 68 0 68 0 0
515 Steel Coating -Paint 2 172 sq.m 0 30 56 86
3450 Paint Sys Breakdown (Steel PC) 2 172 0 30 56 86
(152) Floor Beam -Steel
Non -Routine Inspection Element Notes:
NSTMI (04/30/2025): See the report narrative for the list of members that were inspected.
(152-1000) Corrosion
There is freckled rust accounting for approximately 50% of the floor beam area but over 100% of the floor beam length.
