The bypass switches are present to bypass the interlock if the system does not get the proper feedback in the sequence. No deficiencies or problems were observed. 610 Pier Protection - Structural 2 1 ea. 1 0 0 0 (610) Pier Protection - Structural Non -Routine Inspection Element Notes: The pier protection consists of steel fenders with timber rails on each side of Span 6 (along the west rest pier and the pivot pier).
