Traffic signals and gates are located in a control panel at the southeast corner of the bridge. Some control panels exhibit minor corrosion. The pier protection consists of 3 timber dolphins upstream of Pier 2 and 2 timber dolphins downstream. There is also at timber dolphin along the channel bank on each side of Abutment 3.
