This plan shall be sufficient for both entities, San Joaquin County and/or
City of Stockton.
• When there is a potential conflict between a proposed pothole location and the location of an existing
survey monument of record, the proposed pothole location shall be moved, to safeguard and not disturb
existing survey monuments of record.
• Completion or submittal of County and/or City monument acknowledgement forms is not included or
anticipated.
Record Map Research and Field Surveys
Based on KSN's background and understanding, a pre -utility pothole exploration survey was performed to identify
the location of existing survey monuments of record in relation to proposed pothole locations. Below is a more
detailed description of KSN's services.
• Records Research: KSN researched available San Joaquin County Final Maps, Parcel Maps, and Record of
Surveys within the project area to determine search locations of existing monuments of record that have
the potential to be impacted by the project. This included searching the San Joaquin County Web -Based
Records Retrieval and Viewing System for maps within the project area. An online search for Corner
Records was also performed, and no Corner Records were identified in the County's online system within
the project area.
Corporate Office: 711 N Pershing Avenue I Stockton.
