Subsurface Investigation Workplan
Substation,100 Narth Valencia Boulevard,Woodlake,California
Page 4
SITE-SPECIFIC HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN
A site-specific Health and Safety Plan(HASP)will be prepared and will be retained onsite
during all field activities. All work will be conducted according to the HASP. The HASP will
contain information on the properties of the hazardous materials known to be onsite. This
information is equivalent to that contained within Material Safety Data Sheets.
RESULTS REPORT
Upon completion of the soil boxings,Apex will prepare a results report documenting the field
activities, and results of the soil and groundwater collected. In addition, the results will be used
to update a site conceptual model that will estimate the remaining contaminant mass remaining.
If it is demonstrated that the residual contaminant mass is no longer a potential health and safety
issue,Apex will recommend the site be granted a"No Further Action Required"status and be
closed.
SCHEDULE
Upon approval of this workplan by the CVRWQCS,permitting will be performed with the
WEED for the proposed direct push soil borings. The proposed drilling activities will
immediately follow permitting activities.
