Ahern Road and Durham Ferry Road. East <br /> bound traffic will be guided through the work area by the flaggers. An END ROAD WORK <br /> (G20-2) sign will be displayed to let east bound vehicular traffic know they are out of the <br /> road work area. <br /> • For traffic traveling west on Durham Ferry Road, a LANE CLOSED AHEAD (W9-3) sign <br /> will be displayed 495 feet before the intersection of S. Ahern Road and Durham Ferry Road, <br /> again at 330 feet east of the intersection of S. Ahern Road and Durham Ferry Road, and <br /> finally at 165 feet east of the intersection of S. Ahern Road and Durham Ferry Road. A BE <br /> PREPARED TO STOP (W3-4) sign will also be displayed at 165 feet east of the intersection <br /> of S. Ahern Road and Durham Ferry Road. West bound traffic will be guided through the <br /> work area by the flaggers. An END ROAD WORK (G20-2) sign will be displayed to let west <br /> bound traffic vehicular traffic know they are out of the road work area. <br /> • Temporary traffic barriers will be used on Durham Ferry Road on the West bound lanes as <br /> shown on Figure 2. <br /> GTI personnel will conduct traffic control. Figure 2 show the traffic control plan to be used <br /> during the workplan implementation activities. <br /> 3.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> This report was prepared in accordance with the generally accepted standard of care and practice <br /> in effect at the time Services were rendered. It should be recognized that definition and <br /> evaluation of environmental conditions is an inexact science and that the state or practice of <br /> environmental geology/hydrology is changing and evolving and that standards existing at the <br /> present time may change as knowledge increases and the state of the practice continues to <br /> improve. Further, that differing subsurface soil characteristics can be experienced within a small <br /> distance and therefore cannot be known in an absolute sense.
