Special Conditions for -2- <br /> ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br /> 14. Concrete pavement shall be removed to existing joints and shall be replaced in kind. Concrete <br /> pavement mix design shall be approved by County prior to placement. <br /> 15. Contractor shall establish existing roadway and drainage grades within the construction area. <br /> Any repair to roadways and adjacent areas shall match existing grades. Any proposed grade <br /> changes shall receive prior approval from County. <br /> 16. Frontages of commercial properties shall not be blocked in a manner that restricts access of the <br /> public to the site. <br /> 17. A report describing a public information campaign to inform affected residents and businesses <br /> shall be submitted to the County for approval prior to beginning work. <br /> 18. School buses shall be passed through the work zone with minimal delay. Children walking to <br /> school shall be escorted through the work zone. <br /> 19. The crosswalk pavers must be replaced with same-like material matching exact color. If matching <br /> exact color and material is not possible then all pavers must be removed and replaced with all <br /> new matching color and material approved by the County. <br />
