Asphalt Concrete (021 ' resurfacing) shall be placed in two (2) layers of approximate <br /> 0 3 equal thickness with pavement reinforcing fabric placed on the existing surface. <br /> m <br /> 3 <br /> 2. All existing trees, shrubs, fences and other frontage improvements are to remain in place <br /> unless otherwise noted. <br /> n3. Contractor shall scarify native soil adjacent to pavement to intersection radii to a depth <br /> of 6" and blend shoulder backing material prior to compacting. Payment for blending <br /> shall be considered as included in the price for Shoulder Backing. <br /> 4. All Earthwork (except for final shoulder grading) shall be completed prior to placing final <br /> lift of asphalt concrete. No Shoulder Backing material shall be deposited or <br /> —D drifted on the final lift of asphalt concrete surfacing. <br /> I w 6. Removal of Railing and Posts, where shown on the plans shall be done in such a manner <br /> as not to damage the existing A.C. surface adjacent to them.
