driveway entrance or County road traveled way with a trench,spoil bank.equipment or other barrier permitted for any <br />prolonge.d..period o4ime,the Permittee-shall notifY the known users oithe respective t'<.-0roughfare(s)involved,.and shall provide access for vehicular and <br />pedestrian traffic to-and from the road.. <br />1.Unless otherwise permitted,all work shall be conducted in such />C.Cast-in-place concrete pipe,vitriiied clay pipe.spiral welded steel pipe.or corrugated ahnninum alroy pipe shall not be installed within the C01m.ty road <br />rights-of-way unless specifically so stated in the Speci81 Provisions.and only under the conditions as provided. <br />D,AlI structures to be buried within the County rights-of-way shaH be set at such elevations as to allow minimum covera.,o-eof thirty inches (3D")to the <br />centerline of the roadways and twelve inches (12")at the bottoms of borrow ditches each side of the roadways.The depths of structures shall be established
