Correct the centerline monument in a monument well, set 5.00 feet east of the intersection of <br />the centerlines of Brooks Street and Olympic Avenue, on the centerline of Brooks Street on <br />sheet 3 of 3 sheets in lieu of the shown set monument in a monument well at the BC 0.68 feet <br />north of the intersection of the eastbound centerline of Brooks Street and Olympic Avenue <br />due to interference of the previously constructed concrete apron around the storm drain <br />manhole prior to the installation of the monument well. <br />2. Correct the centerline monument in a monument well, set 5.00 feet east of the intersection of <br />the centerlines of Seneca Way and Olympic Avenue, on the centerline of Seneca Way on <br />sheet 3 of 3 sheets in lieu of the shown set monument in a monument well at the intersection <br />of the centerlines of Seneca Way and Olympic Avenue due to interference of the previously <br />constructed concrete apron around the storm drain manhole prior to the installation of the <br />monument well. <br />3.
