California, filed for record the 10th day of August, 2017, in Book 42 of Maps and Plats, at Page 93, San Joaquin County Records: 1. Correct the centerline monument in a monument well, set 5.00 feet east of the intersection of the centerlines of Brooks Street and Olympic Avenue, on the centerline of Brooks Street on sheet 3 of 3 sheets in lieu of the shown set monument in a monument well at the BC 0.68 feet north of the intersection of the eastbound centerline of Brooks Street and Olympic Avenue due to interference of the previously constructed concrete apron around the storm drain manhole prior to the installation of the monument well. 2. Correct the centerline monument in a monument well, set 5.00 feet east of the intersection of the centerlines of Seneca Way and Olympic Avenue, on the centerline of Seneca Way on sheet 3 of 3 sheets in lieu of the shown set monument in a monument well at the intersection of the centerlines of Seneca Way and Olympic Avenue due to interference of the previously constructed concrete apron around the storm drain manhole prior to the installation of the monument well. 3. Correct the centerline monument in a monument well, set 5.00 feet east of the intersection of the centerlines of Cavalier Way and Olympic Avenue, on the centerline of Cavalier Way on sheet 3 of 3 sheets in lieu of the shown set monument in a monument well at the intersection of the centerlines of Cavalier Way and Olympic Avenue due to interference of the previously constructed concrete apron around the storm drain manhole prior to the installation of the monument well.
