<br />As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472.1, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of
<br />California, this Certificate of Correction is made to note the following change(s) on that certain final map of
<br />"Tract No. 3924, Subdivisions of San Joaquin County, Silva Estates, Unit No. 2", City of Manteca,
<br />California, filed for record the 21st day of December, 2017, in Book 43 of Maps and Plats, at Page 15, San
<br />Joaquin County Records:
<br />1. Correct the street name to SILVA WAY in lieu of MAEHL DRIVE as shown on sheets 2 & 3 of
<br />3 sheets.
<br />2. Add Note 5. omitted from NOTES: on sheet 2, Front lot corners are referenced with saw cut
<br />cross in concrete, at a 3.00 -foot distance from lot corner on lot line projection.
<br />3. Add Note 6. omitted from NOTES: on sheet 2, Witness Corners: Front lot corners, set 314"
<br />I.D. x 30" long I.P. tagged L.S. 8159 on lot line at 0.50 -foot distance from lot corner. Rear
<br />Corners: set 314" I.D. x 30" long I.P. tagged L.S. 8159 on lot line at offset indicated.
<br />4. Correct the rear monuments set, to 3' witness corners for the rear lot corners for lots 15 thru
<br />18, the west lot corners along Union Road of lots 20, 29 and 30, and a 3'x3' witness corner for
<br />the southwest corner of lot 19 in lieu of the actual corners set as shown on the final map.
