<br />CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION FOR CITY OF LODI FINAL MAP
<br />As provided in Sections 66469 through 66472.1, inclusive, of the Government Code of the State of
<br />California, this Certificate of Correction is made to note the following change(s) on that certain final map
<br />of "Tract No. 3940, Subdivisions of San Joaquin County, Gateway North, Unit No. 1", City of Lodi,
<br />California, filed for record the 22nd day of July, 2019, in Book 43 of Maps and Plats, at Page 96, San
<br />Joaquin County Records:
<br />1. Correct the position of the front lot corner monument common to Lots 33/"A", 34/57, 58/81
<br />and 89/90, a 3/4" Iron Pipe tagged "L.S. 8159", set 3.00' from the actual corner on the lot line
<br />as a witness corner, in lieu of the actual corner set on line as indicated on sheets 3 and 4 of 4
<br />sheets of the final map.
<br />2. Correct the position of the front lot corner monument common to Lots 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 9/10,
<br />13/14, 15/16, 16/17, 18/19, 19/20, 21/22, 22/23, 25/26, 26/27, 28/29, 35136, 38139, 40/41,

<br />74/75, 78/79, 79/80, 80/81, 821"A", 87/88, 95/96 and 96/97, a 3/4" Iron Pipe tagged "L.S.
<br />8159", set 10.00' from the actual corner on the lot line as a witness corner, in lieu of the
<br />actual corner set on line as indicated on sheets 3 and 4 of 4 sheets of the final map.
<br />3. Correct the position of the rear lot corner monuments common to Lots 7/8, 94/95, 95,96,
<br />96/97 and 97/98, a 3/4" Iron Pipe tagged "L.S. 8159", set 3.00' from the actual corners on the
<br />lot line as witness corners, in lieu of the actual corners set as indicated on sheet 4 of 4 sheets
<br />of the final map.
<br />4. Correct the street name to MAYFAIR COURT in lieu of LILY COURT as shown on sheet 2 of
<br />4 sheets
