Although Hazardous Material Business Plans (HMBPs) are completed throughout the calendar year for
the local CUPAs or fire departments, Cingular owns or operates facilities in your jurisdiction that are subject to the
annual federal Tier II reporting requirements. These facilities store sulfuric acid, and, in some instances, lead
and/or diesel in quantities exceeding the annual federal reporting thresholds. Therefore Cingular is providing you
with the Tier II reports for these facilities for reporting year 2007. These reports do not replace the E MBPs the
local CUPAs or fire departments require.
Should you have questions or concerns about regarding the Tier II reports please call (425) 580-1548, or write to us
at ehs.comyliance@,cingular.com. Should you have any questions regarding HMBPs please call (425) 5804902.
Best Regards,
roline Lammers
Manager, EH&S Compliance
Enclosures:
cc: local CUPA/Fire Department
RProud Sponsor of the U.S. Olympic Team
