I handler has included, and maintains as current, in the business plan, all other information required by Health 2 and Safety §25504. 3 4. Said 21 payments shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES 22 and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, 23 on or before August 1, 2006. 24 8. Defendants shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($600.00), 25 for partial cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attomey, 26 Said payment shall be due and payable to and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District 27 Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before August 1, 2006. 28 3.
