Rail car door malfunction,causing the potential for the hopper to empty onto the ground. <br /> 2. Silo valve malfunction,causing the entire silo to empty onto the scale and ground. <br /> 3. Malfunction at the load out while loading a'truck, causing the entire load out silo to unload onto <br /> the truck, scale and ground. <br /> 4. Truck malfunction, causing the load from a trailer to empty onto the ground. <br />
