Chris Hughes 801-513-8637 <br /> Possible Emergency Scenarios: The following are potential water leak emergencies: <br /> 1. A broken pipe in the building. <br /> 2. A broken fire hydrant. <br /> 3. A ruptured fire sprinkler line in the building. <br /> Emergency Response Equipment Needs: None. <br /> Critical Plant Operations Shut Down Or Control: If the water break involves the plant water(non-fire <br /> sprinkler lines),then follow the line back to a valve and turn it off. If the water line supplies the water for <br /> the Fuller compressor,then the compressor will have to be shut down. If the line is in the off building or <br /> the warehouse,then fin a valve to shut it off locally. Operations do not have to be shut down if the leak <br /> is in the office. <br /> Personnel Evacuation and Accounting: If the fire sprinklers or the line for them starts to leak in the <br /> office then all personnel will have to exit the office until it is fixed. <br /> Emergency Response Training Requirements: None <br /> Chain Of Command: <br /> 1. Chris Hughes 801-513-8637 <br /> Emergency Action Procedures: If afire hydrant is damaged, contact the fire department.They will <br /> contact the City of Stockton and have it turn off. If it is a water line for the plant, and you cannot find a <br /> local valve,you can turn the water off to the plant by closing the valve located on the line at the <br /> southwest comer of the warehouse.
