Possible Emergency Scenarios: A person has faoff the side of a rail car with the Fall Arrest System on. <br /> The person is hanging either on the end or side of a rail car. <br /> Emergency Response Equipment Needs: Forklift and cage. <br /> Critical Plant Operations Shut Down or Control: None. D c 19 2016 <br /> Personnel Evacuation and Accounting: None. <br /> Emergency Response Training Requirements: All personnel are trained to respond to this emergency, <br /> and are required to review this procedure annually. <br /> Chain Of Command: <br /> 1.
