Fly ash building fails. <br /> 6. Fly ash silo fails. <br /> Emergency Response Equipment Needs: In the event fly ash release,fly ash will be contained and <br /> removed using the front end loader. Headwaters will procure a vacuum truck(s)to address any <br /> remaining material. <br />
