Emergency Response Equipment Needs: If a rail car does de-rail,then contact Hulcher Services to have <br /> them send a crew out to lift the car back onto the tracks, assuming the tracks are in place and usable. <br /> Critical Plant Operations Shut Down Or Control: In the event of an earthquake, all systems should be <br /> shut down.Assuming that the plant is still standing,a visual inspection must be done to all equipment <br /> and structures before start up. This would include the following; <br /> 1. Structural damage to silos. n. ����® <br /> 2. Damage to rail tracks. <br /> 3. Damage to scale. APIR 07 3 2016 <br /> 4. Damage to plant air system (compressors, piping). <br /> 5. Physical damage to buildings that would question the structufaN tt . MENTAL <br /> 6. All overhead structures. HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br /> 7. Electrical system. <br /> Personnel Evacuation and Accounting: All personnel will immediately cease operations,and proceed to <br /> the nearest safe area (see attached plot plan). All personnel will be accounted for in these areas. <br /> Beware of overhead power lines along the street. If a person is trapped in rubble from building, <br /> emergency personnel must be notified immediately. It is critical that the person in charge be able to <br /> notify emergency personnel of the trapped persons last known location. <br /> Emergency Response Training Requirements:All personnel will review evacuation procedures and <br /> building inspections annually.
