Possible Emergency Scenarios: The following are a list of some of the possible injuries that could occur; <br /> 7. Injury while moving rail car. <br /> 8. Fall from rail car. <br /> 9. Overcome by fly ash spill. <br /> Emergency Response Equipment Needs: In the event of an injury,there is a first aid kEbcated in the <br /> off. If the injury is more severe(but not life threatening),then the employee should be driven to the <br /> clinic or hospital listed below. If the injury is life threatening(or potentially),then call 911 for an <br /> ambulance. <br /> Critical Plant Operations Shut Down Or Control: In the event of an injury,then the person is to be <br /> tended to immediately.Operations will be shut down as needed. This will be determined by the person <br /> in charge(see above). <br /> Personnel Evacuation and Accounting: Person will be evacuated as necessary. If the injury was the <br /> result of equipment or property failure,then evacuation will be determined by the person in charge. If <br /> the injured person is constrained by equipment or property that failed,then evacuating that person will <br /> be determined by the person in charge as to the safety of the injured person and the rescue personnel <br /> involved with the evacuation. <br /> Emergency Response Training Requirements: None.
