RECEIVED <br /> I form, provided by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services,th'af certif 6g that tire <br /> 2 handler has included, and maintains as current, in the business plan, all other information required by <br /> 3 Health and Safety §25504. <br /> 4 4. Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as they <br /> 5 are doing business in the State of California, in the course of defendant's RESTAURANT&BAR <br /> 6 activities, are pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204 hereby permanently enjoined <br /> 7 from: <br /> 8 a. Violation of Chapter 6.95, of the Health and Safety Code described in paragraph 3 <br /> 9 - 3e above. <br /> 10 5. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 11 ($15,000.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq., <br /> 12 for all locations listed below in paragraph 10. Said payments shall be made payable to the <br /> 13 TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the <br /> 14 District Attorney,Environmental Prosecutions Unit. <br /> 15 6. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> 16 ($15,000.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health & Safety Code §§ 25514 and 25515.2, for <br /> 17 all locations listed below in paragraph 10. Said payment shall be due and payable to the following in <br /> 18 accordance with Health and Safety Code §§ 25514 and 25515.2: <br /> 19 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney$7,500.00 <br /> 20 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services $7,500.00 <br /> 21 Said payments shall be delivered to the Office of the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br /> 22 Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit. <br /> 23 7. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED <br /> 24 DOLLARS ($1,400.00), for partial cost of investigation incurred by the San Joaquin County Office <br /> 25 of Emergency Services, for all locations listed below in paragraph 10. Said payments shall be made <br /> 26 payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES and delivered to <br /> 27 the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit. <br /> 28 3. <br />
