UNIVAR USA INC. <br />CONTINGENCY PLAN <br />06/14/11 Replaces 03/10/10 <br />SECTION <br /> <br />SUBJECT PAGE 6 <br />SIX <br /> <br />EMERGENCY PROCEDURES OF 22 <br />The Emergency Coordinator must notify the Regional Operations Manager <br />and the Regional Regulatory Manager of the incident as soon as it is possible <br />to do so. All internal and external reporting of spills shall be in accordance <br />with Reference 5.20 of the Operating Standards Manual (OSM). <br />The Emergency Coordinator must provide for storing or disposing of <br />recovered wastes, contaminated soils or water, or any other debris resulting <br />from a fire, release, or explosion at the facility. <br />All equipment used during the emergency must be cleaned and made fit for <br />use or replaced immediately in order to be prepared for another emergency. <br />Refer to the Operating Standards Manual, Decontamination Procedures, <br />Section 6.41, Exhibit 4.
