is necessary, Respondents shall collect information on the level <br /> of community interest/concern regarding the Site. At a minimum, <br /> community concerns must be identified by interviewing the <br /> following parties: a) County Health Department; b) Assembly <br /> District Office(s) ; c) City Council Offices; and d) concerned <br /> citizen groups. <br /> The specific information obtained as a result of these <br /> interviews shall be submitted to the Department within sixty (60) <br /> days of the date the Department requests in writing the Community <br /> Assessment be performed and shall include: <br /> (a) A general summary of the level of community concern <br /> regarding the Site; <br /> (b) Concerns/issues identified by local officials and <br /> citizen groups; <br /> (c) Community views regarding any previous evaluation or <br /> removal activities conducted at the Site; <br /> (d) Recommended locations for public information <br /> repositories if Site stabilization or remediation will be <br /> required; <br /> (e) Names and addresses of all citizen groups, <br /> environmental groups, and local agencies that have expressed an <br /> interest in evaluation, removal, stabilization, or remediation <br /> activities at the Site; and <br /> (f) Information regarding the need for translators and/or <br /> interpreters to facilitate communications with non-English <br /> speaking communities. <br /> 3 . 4 . 3 PEA Report. Within one hundred twenty (120) days of <br /> the effective date of this Order, Respondents shall submit a <br /> completed PEA report to the Department. <br /> -8- <br />
