Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br /> 4 ($1,500.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq.. Said <br /> 5 payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the <br /> 6 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before June 9, <br /> 7 2006. <br /> 8 6. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br /> 9 ($1,500.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health& Safety Code §§ 25514 and 25515.2. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($300.00), for <br /> 17 partial cost of investigation incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. Said <br /> 18 payments shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES <br /> 19 and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, <br /> 20 on or before June 9, 2006. <br /> 21 8. Defendants shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS <br /> 22 ($900.00), for partial cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br /> 23 Attorney. Said payment shall be due and na abs and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the <br /> 24 District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before June 9, 2006. <br /> 25 9. This judgment shall go into effect immediately upon entry hereof.
