National Response Center — (800) 424-8802 or EPA "Spill Phone" — <br /> (415) 744-2000 —this satisfies federal reporting requirements _ if the <br /> e. City of Lodi Wastewater Treatment Plant — (209) 333-6740; <br /> spill may affect sanitary or industrial wastewater systems, drains etc. <br /> f, Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region — <br /> (916) 255-3000 — if the spill may affect storm drains or bodies of water <br /> (rivers, creeks, ponds, etc.) <br /> g. San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District— <br /> District regulates the <br /> (209) 545-5000 — if the Air Quality Management <br /> hazardous material (e.g., chemicals that evaporate or form clouds) <br /> The California Emergency Management Agency will <br /> lnotify <br /> knowagencies <br /> the Chemical <br /> State Emergency Planning Commission (SERC) ( the Fish & Game <br /> Emergency Planning & Response Commission [CEPRC)), <br /> Department, and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (state level) as <br /> appropriate. However, companies with knowledge that the spill may <br /> have <br /> adverse effects on health or the environment should take a forma ti e to notify ncy <br /> these other agencies because notification by <br /> the Management Agency may be delayed.
