Make the verbal report as soon as there is knowledge of the release, and when <br /> such reporting can be made without impeding immediate control of the release or <br /> emergency medical measures. The report should include: <br /> a. Location of release release <br /> b. Name of person reporting <br /> C. Hazardous materials/waste involved in release <br /> d. Quantity of material involved <br /> e. Potential hazards present <br /> defense for not reporting is a reasonable belief that the release or <br /> 3• The only potential hazard. This would <br /> threatened release poses no significant present or p <br /> be an extremely difficult matter to prove if the release in question was all sanythipills, nd <br /> ng <br /> but trivial. Therefore, it is the policy of ArmorStruxx, LLC to rep <br /> possibly over-report rather than under-report. <br /> Notification Procedures <br /> If emergency assistance is needed, an emergency coordinator will call 911 as <br /> soon as possible. If emergency <br /> 1 assistance is not needed, notify local fire and <br /> health departments after implementation of mitigation procedures. <br /> 2. Without impeding <br /> immediate control of the release or any emergency medical <br /> measures, notify all other agencies listed previously. <br /> 3.
