Any Known or Anticipated Acute or Chronic Health Risks Associated with the Release: Four contractor employees reported exposure. Two reported tightness and pain in their chests. They were taken to the Occupational Health Nurse's (OHN) office on-site. They were administered oxygen and they responded positively to the treatment. They reported the tightness and pain were relieved. They were monitored for 90 minutes by the OHN and released to go home. One of these contractor employees reported symptoms the next day and his company sent him to an outside doctor for an assessment. He returned to work with no restrictions after that appointment. One contractor employee reported having a headache for which he took ibuprofen, was monitored and released. The fourth contractor was assessed and monitored with no first aid or medical treatment. Advice regarding Medical Attention Necessary for Exposed Individuals: The on-site OHN instructed the two contractors who experienced the tightness and pain in their chests; that if they experienced shortness of breath, increasing pain with breathing, restricted breathing or increased breathing rate to immediately call 911 for emergency medical attention.
