SPCC for Antonini Enterprises Lathrop Facility
AGT 14: 250-Gallon Not-in-Service Tank
This AGT is located within the Maintenance Shop Area and is secured to a rolling cart.
AGT 14 was previously used at the Stockton, California facility operated by Antonini
Enterprises, LLC. The tank is currently stored at the Lathrop facility but it is empty and not
in service.
AGT 15: 75-Gallon Mobile Diesel Supply Tank
AGT 15 is located within the Maintenance Shop Area. There is no secondary containment
associated with this AGT. This diesel supply AGT is secured to a pallet to allow the tank to
be moved within the facility as necessary to fuel stranded fleet vehicles. There are two
possible spill scenarios for this tank.
1) A hole in the bottom of one of the tank could result in a spill to the concrete floor of the
Maintenance Shop Area. It is estimated that such a release could be as much as 10
gpm with a total volume of up to 75 gallons of diesel released. If not fully contained, the
fluid could flow outside the Maintenance Shop Area to the asphalt surface to the east. If
not abated, a release would flow towards the gutter and ultimately towards Stormwater
Retention Pond 1, which acts as secondary containment in this scenario. The size of the
release and the distance to the retention pond makes it unlikely the spill would reach the
pond. The material on paved surfaces could be contained, absorbed, and disposed of
properly by shop personnel.
2) Spillage during filling or dispensing of these AGTs could result in relatively minor spills
of less than 5 gallons, which could easily be contained and abated by shop personnel.
-8-
