Spill <br /> control station contents are checked for proper levels, The check list used for these inspections can be <br /> found in Appendix 82, <br /> A <br /> Length of time records kept: <br /> Inspection, training and tank integrity testing records are retained total least three years. <br /> F. Site Security [112.7(e)(4)(i-v)] <br /> (i) Fencing:The entire facility is enclosed by chain link with barbed wire fencing and secured gates, ; <br /> Oates are locked from 5 p,lm to R e,m.,or when the f tcility is unattended. <br /> (ii) Flow valves locked: <br /> Not applicable-Food Cxpress doesn't have any master flow valves, <br /> (iii) Starter controls locked: 2 <br /> Not applicable-Food Express doesn't have any starter controls. <br /> (iv) Pipeline loadinglunloading connections securely capped: <br /> Not applicable-Food Express doesn't have any pipeline connections. <br /> (v) Lighting adequate to detect spills: <br /> Lighting illuminates the AST areas,the fuel island. The lighting is adoquatc to detect spills <br /> during nigh time hours and prevent vandalism. <br /> G. Personal Training and Spill Prevention Procedures [I 12.7(e)(10)(i-iii)]; <br /> (i) All new hires are required to go through a new hire orientation which includes a complete review <br /> of Food Express's SPCC Plan. Employms are also instructed and tested on the job. Once a year, <br /> a refresher training and deployment exercises for spill response are conducted. Also emergency <br /> phone numbers are posted for remedial clean-up that is more than can be,handled by our <br /> employees. <br /> Designated person accountable for spill prevention: <br /> ;Y <br /> a. <br /> Steve Garcia is the designated person accountable for spill prevention at Food Express. <br /> Spill Prevention Briefings; <br /> During safety meetings,spill prevention is discussed. Any incidents or near pusses are discussed <br /> in the meetings in order to prevent them from recurring. Employee feed back and <br /> reconvuendalioos are encouraged in spill prevention and operation.
