The petroleum fuel additive on site is maintained in 55 gallon drums and added to the <br /> fuel being hauled away in the vehicles prior to departure. <br /> Petroleum shell capacity observed on site: <br /> 165 gallons fuel additive (3-55 gallon drums) <br /> 130 gallons diesel (emergency generator) <br /> Total APSA regulated shell capacity: 295 gallons <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: <br /> This facility will be moved to a lower EHD permit category (<1320 gallons of APSA regulated shell <br /> capacity). <br /> "Inspection was conducted on June 21, 2011.
