Good Morning, Cesar;
We do have an SPCC Plan, it is current, but going through annual review.
As for B99 capacity,we have a maximum capacity of 750,000 Gallons on site.
Currently holding 595,000 per discussion with Operations. We are unlikely to
Have at or more than 700,000 Gallons on site.
As for petroleum products on site, we are a biodiesel manufacturer. Any blending
Of Biodiesel with Petroleum Hydrocarbon based diesel would happen on client sites.
We do have a 500 gallon tank of Pet Hydrocarbon Diesel we use for vehicles and equipment
On site, but that's about it.
Would you like SDSs for our B99 and B100 for future reference?
"Endeavor to Persevere."
David W.,
Cell: 209.471.9996
From: Cesar Ruvalcaba [EH] [mailto:cruvalcaba@sicehd.com]
Sent: Monday,June 18, 2018 1455
To: David Williamson<davidw@communitvfuels.com>
Subject: RE: Corrected Label
David,
I was looking through your hazardous material inventory to get an idea of whether or not your facility
needs to comply with state APSA requirements. Based on your reported inventory of oils your facility
should have an SPCC plan to comply with federal regulations. I am trying to figure out if there is
petroleum products that fall under APSA that would qualify the facility at the state level
The spill I responded to was reported as Biodiesel B99. Based on the CERS hazardous material inventory,
there is a maximum daily amount of 700,000 gallons of biodiesel that could be stored at the site.
How much of the biodiesel stored is B99 or below?
Thank you,
Cesar Ruvalcaba
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Environmental Health Specialist
1868 East Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
9 (209) 953-6213 1 ii' (209) 464-0138 1 E cruvalcaba@sicehd.com
SAN JOAQUIN
LJ:JNIX
From: David Williamson <davidw@communitvfuels.com>
Sent: Friday,June 8, 2018 7:38 AM
2
