Any graffiti on the property shall be removed within twenty-four (24) hours. <br />4. All signs pertaining to this use shall be subject to approval by the Community Development <br />Director or Planning Commission. <br />5. No noise generating activities shall be permitted, including the use of equipment and/or <br />vehicles, except during regular business hours. Noise generated during business hours <br />shall conform to the City's adopted noise standards and shall not pose a nuisance to the <br />surrounding area. <br />6. The owner/developer shall dedicate right-of-way on Airport Way within the limits of the <br />project as needed to provide a 142 foot street section (71 foot half section). <br />7, All vehicular parking and travel ways shall be paved to ensure that vehicles exiting the site <br />onto public streets are track and dust free. <br />
