Salinas Valley Corporation <br />UP34-06 <br />8. The subject parcel lies within the boundary of the South Stockton Community Facilities <br />District 90-1 (Sewer District) and is not currently annexed. As a condition of receiving new <br />or additional City of Stockton Sewer Services, the property owner shall annex to the District <br />(sign the CFD 90-1 MOU) and pay the District annexation fee (currently $11,720.31/acre <br />based on the acreage as determined by the legal map size) prior to building permit <br />Issuance. <br />9. All off-site improvements shall conform to City of Stockton Standard Plans and <br />Specifications. <br />10. The Use Permit shall be posted in a conspicuous place and shall immediately be made <br />available to City personnel upon inspection of the premises. <br />11. There shall be no new chain-link fencing, barbed/concertina wire or similar material visible <br />from a public right--of-way. <br />12.
