Those that do contain PCBs will be separately <br />containerized for shipment to an approved disposal facility. Capacitors that are <br />determined not to contain PCBs will be shipped off-site to an approved recycler. <br />ECS does not drain oil from capacitors. <br />6.8.15 Mercury is found in the switches and temperature control devices in appliances. <br />ECS Refining or its contractor plans to remove the switches and temperature <br />controls from the appliances.
