Market Street <br />Peoria, AZ 85345 <br />Dear Mr. Dykstra: <br />FEB 0 7 2066 MAY 18 2015 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL <br />HFAITN n;:P4PTuFN T <br />OFFICE OF <br />OUR AND RADtAnct; <br />The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has reviewed the information submitted by <br />Consolidated Refrigerant Reclaim (Consolidated) in support of its certification as a refrigerant <br />reclaimer under 40 CFR 82.164. EPA has determined that this information mccls the data <br />requirements of §82.164(a) - (e); therefore, Consolidated is hereby approved as an EPA -certified <br />refrigcrant reclaimer. <br />As a condition of your reclaimer certification, Consolidated has agreed to meet the <br />following requircingnts: <br />Limit reclamation activity to used HCFC -22 refrigerant with a purity level greater <br />than 99.5%, according to practices required by 40 CFR 82.156, to the acceptable <br />levels of contaminants set forth in 40 CFR Part 82, Subpart F - Appendix A <br />(based upon ARI Standard 700); <br />2. Out source the reclamation, separation, or destruction of used refrigerant with it <br />with a purity level less than 99.5%; <br />3. Verify that the reclaimed refrigerant meets all of the standards for contaminants in <br />accordance with 40 CFR Part 82, Subpart F - Appendix A (i.e., water, chloride, <br />acidity, high boiling residue, particulates/solids, air and other non-condensables, <br />and impurities including other refrigerans) using the methods set forth In <br />Appendix A; <br />3. Release no more than 1.5%of the refrigerant during the reclamation process, as <br />required by §82.154(i); and <br />4. Dispose of wastes from the reclamation process in accordance with all applicable <br />laws and regulations, as required by §82.164(d). <br />In;e�rie!
