Consolidated has agreed to comply with the following record keeping and reporting <br />requirements. <br />Consolidated will maintain records of the names and addresses of persons sending <br />material for reclamation and the quantity of the material (ix., the combined mass <br />of refrigerant and contaminants) received for reclamation. Such records must be <br />maintained on a transactional basis, as required by §82.166(8). <br />Consolidated will maintain records and report on the quantity of material received <br />for reclamation, the mass of refrigerant reclaimed, and the mass of waste products. <br />A report summarizing the reclamation activity must be submitted to EPA annually <br />within 30 days of the end of the calendar year, as required by §82.166(h). In addition, any equipment that is used to recover refrigerant from <br />appliances must be certified pursuant to §82.158. <br />EPA will periodically inspect mclaimer facilities to ensure compliance with F.PA <br />regulations. These inspections may include, but are not limited to, examination of records, <br />review of equipment used by the reclaimer, measurement of the levels of refrigerant released to <br />the atmosphere, and certification that the refrigerant is reclaimed. <br />Since this certification is not transferable, Consolidated must promptly inform EPA of <br />any changes in its operations including, but not limited to, changes of address or ownership. In <br />the event of a change of ownership, the new owner must be re-ccrti Pied by submitting a nay% <br />certification package to EPA within 30 days of the change in ownership, as required by <br />§82.164(f). <br />
