C 3 OG33 DOCUMENT 550p p p 000 TITLE: REVISION Stockton Emergency Response Procedure CONFIDENTIAL F — 01-03-2014 INTRODUCTION The purpose of this plan is to minimize hazards to human health or the environment from fires, explosions, or any unplanned sudden or non -sudden releases of hazardous materials. The provisions of this plan must be carried out immediately whenever there is a fire, explosion, release of hazardous materials and/or wastes, earthquake, or any other incident which could threaten human health or the environment. This plan covers all operations at the ECS Refining Stockton site, including those of Regenesys Glass Processing and Asset Management Solutions. Efforts have been made to inform local emergency response organizations of the activities conducted at ECS Refining, as described below. 1. The Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP), the Emergency Response Plan (ERP), and copies of the Material Safety Data Sheets have been offered to the following: City of Stockton Fire Department 2. A letter of intent to establish formal arrangements and a copy of the Emergency Response and Contingency Plan have been provided to the following: City of Stockton Police Department City of Stockton Fire Department Dameron Hospital San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department San Joaquin County - Office of Emergency Services (0 ES) RECEIVEi MAY 18 2015 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH nFaaaTMENT Whenever substantive operations change, the organizations listed above will be notified. See Section XII of this plan, Amendment of Emergency Response Plan. Primary Police and Fire Departments The City of Stockton Fire and Police Departments are the designated primary emergency response agencies. In case of emergency, they may be notified by dialing '911' from any telephone.
