COMMUNICATIONS, ALARMS, and ACCESS SYSTEMS <br />ECS Refining has an alarm for its automatic sprinkler system (Riser Alarm) and for <br />unauthorized entry into the office areas after hours (Burglary Alarm). In the event of a fire or <br />burglary the alarm system contacts an off-site Alarm Company who will in turn notify the <br />local police and/or fire department. <br />ECS' internal communication systems include telephones located throughout the building, <br />and cellular phones. <br />In case of fire or chemical release: <br />Use fire alarm pull station <br />Yell "Fire" or "Evacuate" or other appropriate warning to alert other persons in the <br />building. <br />Direct employees to evacuate all portions of the building (or facility) which are or may <br />become unsafe, as a result of the identified emergency. <br />Dial 911, if possible from the building or from a neighboring building and explain the <br />situation to the emergency operator. <br />All hazardous waste storage and universal waste storage and processing activities are <br />controlled indoors. Access to all areas is provided by roll -up doors and man doors.
