E 1 I N I N G 13 OF 33 + DOCUMENT <br />TITLE: <br />CONFIDENTIAL REVISION <br />Stockton Emergency Response Procedure F — 01-ISION03-20 4 <br />Material <br />Storage Location <br />Virgin Oil <br />Maintenance Department <br />And Contained in Equipment <br />Waste Oil <br />Maintenance Department <br />Hydraulic Fluid <br />Maintenance Department <br />And Contained in Equipment (EC <br />Diesel Fuel <br />Maintenance Department <br />Emergency Fire Water Pump House MAY <br />Waste Glycol <br />Projection TV Dismantling Area <br />HFAITH <br />More extensive information on storage and management of these combustible materials <br />may be found in the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan, Document #500- <br />0021-000. <br />Clean up of spills involving these combustible materials includes isolating the spill with <br />control booms, addition of spill absorbent material, and shoveling the absorbent into a <br />drum. The drum of collected material must be appropriately labeled as a hazardous waste. <br />Battery Acid Spill <br />ECS Refining maintains on-site nine heavy duty lead acid batteries for powering electrical <br />forklifts. These batteries are stored on a containment pallet at the charging station. A spill <br />cleanup kit especially for cleanup of acid is stored near the charging station. <br />Propane Tank Refilline <br />Propane deliveries are conducted by a propane delivery contractor, competent to perform <br />this service. Propane tank refilling is performed outside the building, a minimum of 50 feet <br />away from the building. <br />VII. FIRE AND EXPLOSION PROCEDURES <br />1. In the event of a fire, assess whether it may be controlled using hand-held fire <br />extinguishers. <br />a. ECS personnel are authorized to use hand-held fire extinguishers, if it is safe to do <br />SO. <br />b. More developed fires and explosions resulting in fire will not likely be controlled <br />by fire extinguishers. <br />2. Notify local employees to evacuate. <br />Determine if you or anyone is injured or in immediate danger.
