VAC4A , <br />U <br />Ll <br />Central Valley Ag Grinding—Stockton Facility <br />26 Hooper Drive <br />Stockton, CA 95361 <br />(209) 232-3582 <br />Spill Reaction Team -Stockton <br />Overview: <br />This document is to provide Central Valley Ag Grinding (CVAG) employees and affiliates a groundwork for training <br />dealing with Hazardous material spills and clean up. Also provides for identifying Spill Reaction Team members and <br />contact information. <br />Spill Reaction Team Members: <br />The following CVAG employees are identified as Spill team Leaders/members and will be responsible for coordinating <br />and responding to the Spill. <br />Day Time Team Leader: ( 7 am — 5 pm) _ Cell Phone number Office Number <br />Scott Baker (209) 652-6196 (209) 232-3582 <br />Day Time team members: (7 am — 5 pm) ,Cell Phone number Office Number <br />Jim Heida (209) 609-1875 (209) 232-3582 <br />Night team members: ( 12 am —10 pm ) <br />N/A at this time <br />Team leaders shall be called no matter what time spill or incident occurs. Team leaders will decide at that point which <br />team members are to be called in and dispatched. Operators are responsible for knowing their equipment and where <br />shut off and shut down switches are located. Operators are also automatic team members and will help with clean up <br />and containment on site. <br />What to do in case of emergency or spill: <br />CVAG employees who are involved in a Hazmat spill shall do the following. <br />Locate any shut off valves for oil and close them. Turn off vehicle or any hydraulic system by shutting engine off. <br />Initiate spill response by calling team leaders. Have information ready such as exact location (not just property) , amount <br />and type of spill, time of spill and if any oil is approaching or has reached storm drains or waterways <br />Make sure that after initiating response team that oil is blocked off from any drains <br />Notify business that a spill has occurred and response team is on the way <br />After clean-up is complete properly dispose of contained Hazmat <br />If spill reaches a waterway CVAG team leaders shall contact the waste management board to report such spill. <br />In case of possible inoury or death call 911. After contacting 911 notify team leaders <br />
