Dust masks 1 gloves I glasses to be kept in clean containers in office <br />Do Not Cross Over Conveyors - walk around - stairway over <br />When Crossing under a conveyor belt - do so only where you can while standing - no bending under <br />3 point contact required when climbing on or off any equipment <br />Do not climb on any equipment except where ladders I steps are provided <br />Lift only using your knees - do not lift with your back. <br />All electrical must be inspected daily and tied up - off the ground - prior to energizing <br />Some of this Equipment does leak - clean all leaks immediately <br />High risk area for slips -slippery material and oils - clean as you go <br />High risk area for Falls - lots of equipment I tools - be aware - clean as you o <br />Gypsum Mill is are considered "Live" in the Pat, when not working stand behind line <br />When you here a Horn, stop whatever you are doing and stand away from all equipment - could start <br />When Working around the Mill, drink fluids whenever you are resting <br />When moving around in the area, be aware of work around you - be careful <br />Mill Foreman wilt insure Water Coolers are full and coot 1 cold at all times <br />Work are is to be cleaned da!ley before end of each shift <br />All Emergency Stop Buttons to be inspected weekly <br />All Electrical Equipment to be Supervisor Locked Out when not in use. <br />MCC - Motor Control Center - to be looked out at the end of Final shift dailey <br />No Baggy Clothes or sweatshirts with Hoodtes that obstruct vision to be worn in Crush Area <br />Due to moving parts and close proximity to rollers I returns I etc. Hair below col ler level must use hairnet <br />All Employees must know how to effect an emergency "All Stop" on Crusher System <br />All employees must know where Fire Extinguishers are located and how to use them - monthly inspection <br />Be aware of all Electrical Cords - all cords must be picked up and hung above ground level <br />Comments 1 Recommendations by employees - site visitors? <br />
