A site characterization is needed which
will fully delineate the lateral and vertical extent of soil contamination and determine any i • act on
ground water. The Board is concerned that ground water quality may degraded. In addition,
Section 25270.5 of the Health and Safety Code requires each owner or operator of a storage tank
facility to prepare a Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plan.
Therefore, by 25 February 1994 please submit an SPCC plan and a site assessment work p an with
an implementation time schedule.
