Called Operator, notified of 5k gallon release. To call PE 2546 HANG <br /> 180 min Cathy Pilgrim of Valley Com at 209-236-8105. Fire on scene. OES notified. SC 974 <br /> Release due to oil storage tank. Called Muni to discuss. <br /> 12:57 am - Received another page, called back, from Sheriff office for same spill. <br /> Fremouw environmental was indicated to be on scene. <br /> 1:15am - Left to site. <br /> 1:23am - Received another call from Sheriff office. Called 209-468-5091, and <br /> notified that it was for same incident. <br /> 1:33am -Arrived onsite. Met with owner (Paige Gillin), product pipe was damaged <br /> (according to site, it was damaged due to heat contraction). Fremouw <br /> environmental onsite. OES 18-3841. Most contained within secondary <br /> containment. My estimate, puts about 50 gallons released outside of secondary <br /> containment due to seepage on all sides. <br /> 2:42am - Issued notice to abate, and left site. <br /> 3:00am -Arrived at home. <br /> Total time: 138minutes <br /> 06/14/2018 Completed photo log. PE 2546 HANG <br /> 30 min SC 544 <br /> 06/18/2018 Received an email from Paige (Owner) and he stated he is continuing to stir PE 2546 HANG <br /> 12 min absorbent around the tanks and oil is continuing to release due to saturation. I SC 544 <br /> emailed Paige back and gave him a heads up that we may require a sample <br /> boring underneath the concrete underneath the tanks. <br /> 06/19/2018 Received phone call from Ted Fremouw. Discussed site. They are continuing to PE 2546 HANG <br /> 0 min place absorbent to get any residual from underneath the tank. Tank has about 1 SC 544 <br /> inch clearance froum ground, and seeps out. Will meet monday 1 pm. Will discuss <br /> with Garrett Backus. <br /> 06/25/2018 Received a phone call from Ted Fremouw of Fremouw Environmental, PE 2546 HANG <br /> 18 min 707-974-6677, and he wanted to confirm appointment scheduled for 1 pm today. I SC 544 <br /> confirmed. He will also be taking a sample to test for oil products on the soil area <br /> adjacent to secondary containment. Discussed with GB. Will document, take <br /> photos, and look for presence of cracks in the concrete. <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />
